QUALIFICATIONS: Cert IV in Bookkeeping, Accounting Degree (Curtin), BAS Agent

EXPERIENCE: 20 years experience in a range of industries including trades, professional services, medical, listed companies, hospitality and retail. Extensive experience working with business owners to implement efficient bookkeeping processes in their businesses.

WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT CROWN: I enjoy being able to provide insight to clients through accurate reporting and setting up solid reporting KPI’s and frameworks. I also enjoy working with businesses to systemise their internal processes and build efficiencies where possible either by implemeting new software solutions or maxisiming exisiting infrastructure. I have a wonderful team of supportive staff who enjoy their work and love working with their clients, and as a leader that makes my life easy!

CONTRIBUTIONS: My extensive experience means I’ve seen a lot of good and bad bookkeeping! I often tell clients who are worried about the state of their books that I’m almost certain I’ve seen worse than what they have. I really enjoy being able to help clients who need that extra bit of guidance to get things set up so they don’t feel burdened and overwhelmed by the stress of not having their business financial information in order.

INTERESTS: When I do have free time I love spending it with my husband and baby, we really enjoy going out for nice meals and eating great food. We love travelling to new places and try to make sure we have that time together often to switch off and just enjoy our family time. I also really enjoy sewing and making clothes for myself – it’s a great creative outlet for me. I also don’t mind shopping!

Helen Williams

Bookkeeper

QUALIFICATIONS: Cert IV Bookkeeping and Accounting. Currently studying Diploma of Payroll Services.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years bookkeeping experience working at bookkeeping firms and tax and accounting firms, with experience across many different clients such as not-for-profits, farming, property developers, professional services, trades, real estate/settlement agents, primary producers such as fishing and meat industries, dog kennels, hospitality and accommodation, event organisers and medical. Experience with companies, sole traders, multiple entities, trusts and unit trusts. Previously 5 years experience in accounts payable working at Bunnings and then with a not-for-profit.

WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT CROWN: I enjoy the variety of work that each client provides with their business and the industry their business is in. I enjoy learning about the client’s business and how it runs in the day to day operations and building a relationship of trust with the client in the quality of work that I do. Knowing at the end of the day I have done the best job that I can for my clients gives me the greatest satisfaction. Payroll is an area of interest to me that I am specialising in with my current studies.

CONTRIBUTIONS: Similar to the above – I enjoy learning about the client’s business and how it runs in the day to day operations and building a relationship of trust with the client in the quality of work that I do. Understanding their business means that I can confidently ensure their financials are correct, accurate and current, allowing the business owner to focus on other areas of the business.

INTERESTS: I enjoy cooking, gardening, renovating, bush walking, photography, watching movies, catching up with family and friends and travelling.

Bozica Stanojlovic

EXPERIENCE: With over ten years of experience as a Senior Bookkeeper and Accounts Officer, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of financial management across diverse sectors, including accounting firms, scientific equipment suppliers, fire protection companies, IT firms, and various small businesses. By staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices in the industry, I have consistently contributed to the improvement of compliance within the organisations I work for, fostering a culture of financial diligence and integrity.

WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT CROWN: I love collaborating with clients who share similar values and building strong relationships based on trust and open communication. Working with a fantastic team at Crown enhances this experience, as we support each other and share insights, which ultimately benefits our clients. The diversity of clients and their unique challenges keeps my work engaging and fulfilling every day.

CONTRIBUTIONS: I truly care about my clients and approach each of their businesses as if it were my own. It’s important to me they feel supported and understood. I’m always looking for ways to grow my skills in bookkeeping, keeping up with industry trends so I can offer them the best advice and solutions. INTERESTS: I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures, as well as spending quality time with my family. In my free time, I like to read, along with cooking for friends and sharing delicious meals. I also have a deep appreciation for music and nature, often taking long walks with my dog to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, I practice reformer Pilates to stay active and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Jessalyn Anillo

Bookkeeper & Team Leader

QUALIFICATIONS: Accounting degree and MBA

EXPERIENCE: Bookkeeper looking after range of different clients. Process auditor and various other accounting roles.

WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT CROWN: Crown provides an avenue for new learning that makes each day meaningful and fulfilling. The team is awesome, and everyone brings positivity to work. I enjoy doing bank reconciliation as it helps me enhance my critical thinking whenever there are complicated transactions.

CONTRIBUTIONS: Being dedicated and driven by the passion for numbers, I can see myself helping Crown in building strong relationships with clients by providing quality services.

INTERESTS: I enjoy spending my down time learning new things and skills from free courses online. I am also fond of cooking Filipino dishes during weekends for my family – Filipino spaghetti is one of my favorites!

Tanya Mackay

QUALIFICATIONS: Certificate IV in Bookkeeping

EXPERIENCE: 15 years experience in all aspects of office admin and bookkeeping for small businesses in various trade industries. Previously had my own business in the landscaping industry for 10 years.

WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT CROWN: I absolutely love working at Crown – the amazing culture of our team is the best I have experienced in my career.  I enjoy the personable relationships with our clients and professionalism of our processes.  I also really enjoy the variety of working with multiple clients and helping them so they can focus on building their business knowing the books are taken care of.  Processing payrolls, accounts receivable and payable, compliance tasks and management reporting.

CONTRIBUTIONS: I value the importance of building great rapport with clients and always strive to deliver a high quality service. 

INTERESTS: In my downtime I enjoy spending time with my husband and sons, playing cards/games, going out for nice dinners and dancing (even if just in the kitchen!).  I am also very passionate about self development and self awareness so I enjoy quiet alone time reading books, listening to podcasts and practicing mediation and yoga.

WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT CROWN: I love working with a team whose values align and who can have fun and laugh together. The training and support at Crown are second to none. I like providing a comprehensive service for my clients, anything ranging from creating invoices, entering supplier bills, preparing payroll, bank reconciliations, monthly management reporting and meeting ATO obligations. Working with various clients in different industries gives me lots of variety and means no two days are the same.

CONTRIBUTIONS: I’m committed to provide only the best for my clients, I try to look after each business as if it were my own.  I like to challenge myself to continuously add to my skill set by increasing my knowledge about bookkeeping and the ins and outs of running a business.

INTERESTS: My hobbies include spending time with my family, travel, music, and baking. I love living on the farm and spending time doing things a girl from the city wouldn’t normally do.

EXPERIENCE: With over three decades of experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, consulting, aged care, and professional services. My career has included roles as Accounts Administrator for publicly listed companies, Finance Manager within boutique firms, and National Finance Manager for a large multi-branch organisation for over 15 years. I’ve also operated my own business, providing tailored accounting and administrative services to both individuals and businesses.

WHAT YOU ENJOY ABOUT CROWN: I love being part of a supportive and professional team that values collaboration and precision. Every day brings something new, and I really enjoy the variety – tidying up accounts, refining processes, and strengthening debt control. There’s great satisfaction in helping clients feel more confident, organised, and in control of their finances.

CONTRIBUTIONS: I see my role as helping clients gain control and clarity over their finances so they can focus on running their business with confidence. I bring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for refining processes that make day-to-day bookkeeping smoother and more transparent.

INTERESTS: Outside of work, I’m happiest spending quality time with my family and grandchildren, enjoying the beach, and surrounding myself with my much-loved dog and cats. I have a love for animals, travel, and exploring new places – I’m always on the go and love making the most of life.
